Critical Repairs mean you can stay in your home safely!
Critical home repairs are about more than fixing houses — they’re about protecting health, preserving dignity, and helping families remain safely in the homes they love. Our new Critical Home Repair program serves people in our 40-80% of Area Median Income. Every other month we take applications and select projects based on need, ability to help and funding availability. You can find more on the program, a menu of items we help with and applications, which are taken August, October, December, February, April, June.
