Our Critical Repair Program is offered every other month, beginning July 2026. Work listed in our "Critical Repair Menu" below are the types of jobs we can take on. Applications are taken the month prior and will be reviewed and selected based on availability of crew and materials.

Eligibility
SCVHFH's Critical Repair Program is designed to help people living in Pierce & St. Croix Counties with small repair projects that can be completed in a few days. Eligible applicants must show need, fit within our income guidelines of 40-80% of the Area Median Income, and must own and reside in the home that needs repairs (may not be a rental property).
