Applications Opening Soon

Panther Woods is a twin home neighborhood featuring four homes in Ellsworth. With options of a 3-bd, 2- bath home or 2-bed, 1-bath home (both with unfinished walk-out basements), your starter home at Panther Woods has room to grow.  

We don't give away homes for free.  To be eligible for our program you will be required to pay an affordable mortgage, contribute sweat equity (volunteer time) to the construction of your home, and demonstrate need for affordable housing.  Learn more here.

To apply for our program, you will need to meet an income requirement, pre-qualify with our USDA-RD partner, attend a financial training and submit our application.  We're here to help.  Applications will open soon and our next financial training is Thursday, May 22.
