New Richmond Home

We currently have two opportunities in Ellsworth in our twin modular home.  One side of the twin home is a two bedroom, one-bath modular home and the other side is a 3 bedroom, 2-bathroom modular with a shared wall (on separately owned land) and unfinished, walkout basements.  Both are beautifully crafted residences offering modern design, energy-efficient construction, and a bright open floor plan perfect for comfortable living. How does our program work?

We don't give away homes for free.  To be eligible for our program you will be required to pay an affordable mortgage, contribute sweat equity (volunteer time), and demonstrate need for affordable housing.  Learn more here.
