Our Panther Woods project includes two sets of modular, twin-homes, each with a shared wall, separate garage and unfinished, walkout basement - perfect for your starter home needs.
With ample space, the finished home square footage is 1,050 sq. ft., which does not include unfinished basement space.

The Panther Woods project is being built on Panther Drive next to the Ellsworth Middle School.
We have built two Habitat homes on this block and you're going to love getting to know your neighbors. Within a block of the elementary and high school, kids are always a welcome addition!
